Once upon a time, Flirtation Device was a Siren, an enchanting sea nymph fond of luring passing sailors to their deaths. Perched on a cliff high above the sea, she'd capture their hearts by singing her deadly and bewitching songs. Time and time again, the sailors would smash their ships on the rocks below, hypnotized and crazed with lust for the devious Flirt.

Legions of corpses did not escape notice, and Pele soon heard the tales of the nymph with the lovely voice and lethal heart. Pele glimpsed her own wanton nature in Flirtation Device and brought her to Mauna Loa, where she invited Flirt to join the Hula Honeys in recognition of her deadly skill. Impressed with the brutal and beautiful Hula Honeys, Flirtation Device immediately accepted, swearing her allegiance to Pele and her new derby sisters.

Now her transformation is complete. No longer a Siren, murderess of men, Flirtation Device is a Hula Honey, delighted to spread devastation and destruction on the skate deck.
